TNPLH provides In-Home care is care that allows a person who is unable to perform, or needs assistance with Activities of Daily Living, remain in their home. It may be for people who are getting older, are chronically ill, recovering from surgery, or disabled.

Home care services may include:

• Personal care, such as help with bathing, washing your hair, or getting dressed
• Homemaking, such as cleaning, yard work, and laundry
• Cooking or Preparing Meals
• Respite/Overnight Care (Family/Friend caregiver relief)
• Transportation Assistance

Studies shows that Accidental Falls, Vision/Hearing Loss and Caregiver Fatigue are the 3 top reasons people are admitted into Nursing Homes, or feel the need to move from home into an Assisted Living Community. TNPLH services will assist to allow you or your loved one to remain in the comfort of the home while receiving quality care.

In-Home care can also benefit family caregivers by allowing them personal time for a much needed break. TNPLH understands that providing care for your loved ones can pose many challenges and be stressful. We will assist by stepping in and providing a broad range of services i.e, Personal Care, Homemaking, Respite/Overnight Services, and Transportation.
