TNPLH understands that our company and services are only as good as the people we employ. Our caregivers are Experienced, Professional, Compassionate, Dependable and Reliable.

To be employed by TNPLH, all potential caregivers must have experience in caregiving and will go through a screening and training process.

 

Screening

  • Pre-Employment Background Check (Includes: State/County, Felony, Sexual Offender, Social Security)
  • OIG (Office of Inspector General)
  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Check (Must have satisfactory driving record and proper license)
  • Abuse Registry
  • License Verification (If applicable)

 

Training

Our caregivers are required to attend the following training classes:

  • Safety (Preventing Accicents and Injuries)
  • HIPPA
  • OSHA Hazzard Communication Standards
  • OSHA Universal Procautions
  • Medication Assistance
  • Abuse and Neglect
  • Transferring
  • Emergencies (Prepare for and how to handle emergency situations)
  • First Aid/CPR

 

Our caregivers will provide the assistance for your loved ones to live a comfortable and independent life. Whether you need support in your home, a long-term care facility or a hospital, TNPLH is available to assist you.
